Hi there! My name is Ireland Anderson. My experience in the financial industry starts in 2014 at Keller Williams Realty as the New Hire Onboard Training Specialist and Director of IT Services for numerous locations, I then was trained and worked as a senior conventional underwriter with United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) where I learned the mortgage side of the industry in 2020. Since then I have been a in-house processor for numerous brokers, and recently have expanded to become a licensed MLO where I now own and operate Anderson Admin Direct Innovations LLC as as third party administrative underwriting company that is available for servicing in all 50 states. Anderson Admin Direct has a been working with Tag Lending Group LLC since 2022 and since working together have had a 99% closing rate on all files that get have gotten in contract.
