Laurie Ann Stark is a seasoned mortgage professional with more than 20 years of experience in originating and processing loans. Born in Canada to Trinidadian parents, she moved to the United States in 1990 and has since built a career defined by insight, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.

Laurie specializes in reviewing and preparing complex loan files for underwriting, consistently delivering fast turn times, error-free submissions, and on-time closings. Known for her honesty, problem-solving skills, and proactive communication, she has earned the trust of clients, lenders, and colleagues while helping to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Outside of her career, Laurie is a proud mother of two boys, ages 11 and 12, and is joyfully engaged, with plans to marry in Italy within the next two years.
