Hi there! My experience in the financial industry started in 2014 at Keller Williams Realty as the New Hire Onboard Training Specialist and Director of IT Services for numerous locations. I was then trained and worked as a senior conventional underwriter with United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the number one wholesale lender in the nation and now a publicly traded company, where I learned the mortgage side of the industry in 2020. Since then, I have been an in-house processor for numerous brokers and recently expanded to focus on administrative support for licensed mortgage loan officers.

I now own and operate Anderson Admin Direct Innovations LLC, a third-party administrative company. My company specializes in providing administrative support to licensed mortgage loan officers, including quality control admin work and other fulfillment tasks. Anderson Admin Direct, licensed in Michigan (Business License #803152506), has been working on behalf of Tag Lending Group LLC, which is licensed in FL, GA, TX, CT, and PA, since 2022. Since working together, we have achieved a 99% closing rate on all files that have gone into contract. I believe good communication and aligned goals correlate in both business and life.
