Hi there! My experience in the financial industry started in 2014 at Keller Williams Realty as the New Hire Onboard Training Specialist and Director of IT Services for numerous locations. I was then trained and worked as a senior conventional underwriter with United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the number one wholesale lender in the nation and now a publicly traded company, where I learned the mortgage side of the industry in 2020. Since then, I have been an in-house processor for numerous brokers and recently expanded to focus on administrative support for licensed mortgage loan officers.

I own and operate Anderson Admin Direct Innovations LLC, a third-party administrative company specializing in support services for licensed mortgage loan officers. Our team handles quality control administrative work, pre-underwriting reviews, and other essential fulfillment tasks to help streamline the loan process. We work closely with third-party compliance vendors to conduct pre-underwriting that helps reduce fraud, mitigate layered risk, and eliminate repurchase triggers, providing an added layer of protection and confidence throughout the loan cycle.
