independent marketing purposes. Any sharing of information is conducted strictly for legitimate business, compliance, security, operational, or customer service purposes and in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA..
We may use advertising and remarketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and LinkedIn solely where permitted by law and subject to user consent where required. These tools are used for legitimate business purposes such as measuring marketing effectiveness and delivering relevant content and are configured to limit use to permitted purposes.

No California Operations or Licensing
Tag Lending Group, LLC is not licensed to conduct mortgage lending or brokerage activities in the State of California and does not actively market, solicit, or conduct mortgage lending business in California. Our services are offered only in states where we are properly licensed or authorized to do so.
Any access to our publicly available website from California does not constitute conducting business in California, targeted marketing to California residents, or purposeful availment of California jurisdiction.
Based on our current business operations, Tag Lending Group, LLC does not meet the statutory thresholds that trigger applicability of the CCPA or CPRA, including but not limited to the following criteria:
- We do not have annual gross revenues exceeding $25 million;
- We do not buy, sell, or share the personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers or households annually; and
- We do not derive 50% or more of our annual revenue from the sale or sharing of consumers’ personal information.
Accordingly, Tag Lending Group, LLC is not a “business” as defined under the CCPA or CPRA at this time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we voluntarily implement reasonable privacy and data protection practices consistent with generally accepted consumer privacy principles.
No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA, CPRA, or other applicable privacy laws.

Automated Decisioning and AI Tools
We may use automated tools or artificial intelligence to assist with lead scoring, pre-qualification, and fraud detection. No final credit or lending decision is made solely through automated means.
Online payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant vendors. We do not store payment card information.
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
