Hi, I’m Jeremy Gretzer! I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and my journey into the real estate industry began two years ago, thanks to a little nudge from my mom during the pandemic. Before stepping into this world, I earned my undergraduate degree in Theatre from the University of Houston. While acting has always been my first passion, real estate has given me a stage of its own, one where I get to perform every day.

I’ve always believed that everyone is playing a character, especially in sales. My theatre background taught me how to blend creativity with strategy, an invaluable skill in mortgage lending. For me, the “script” is the range of products and services we offer, and the “performance” is about knowing that story inside and out while delivering it in a way that truly connects with people.

Acting remains a dream I continue to pursue, but mortgage lending has become a rewarding career in its own right. It’s given me the flexibility to work on my terms, achieve my financial goals, and rise to new challenges every day. I’ve discovered that helping people achieve their homeownership dreams can be just as fulfilling as performing on stage.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me exploring new restaurants because I’m a serious foodie. I’m the guy who will always be holding a plate of food instead of a drink at parties—trust me, it’s a personality trait! Beyond food, I’m passionate about fitness, meditation, spirituality, art, and spending time outdoors. And after a long day, I enjoy unwinding with a good video game, it’s my way of recharging and staying balanced.
