Six years ago, after working for more than 25 years from the Warehouse to a Partner and President of a NY City distribution company, I found myself in the position of needing to relocate to Florida. I had worked my way up through the company, so I have obtained vast knowledge and know-how of business and people skills ranging from dealing with clients, employees, product sales, and distribution teams within Fortune 500 companies, owners, and union leaders.
I passed all Mortgage exams 6 years ago on the first try and have had success helping people get into homes.
For years I had volunteered for the United War Veterans, Helping with the “Americas Parade” The Veterans Day Parade in NY City as well as many other Veteran events. I also served as a Board Member for Flushing Town Hall - Council on the Arts. It is one of 33 city-owned Cultural Institutions, a partner venue for Carnegie Hall’s Neighborhood Concert Series, and a Smithsonian Museum Affiliate Member. Besides being an avid gym member, I love music and pitch Fast Pitch Softball.

I have been in mortgage banking off and on for 30 years. I LOVE working with borrower's to realize their dreams! I am also a musician in several musical ensembles. Primary instrument is flute but I play many others as well. I am also an artist that works in many different mediums. My favorites are realistic portrait drawings, polymer clay and resin. I am also a passionate advocate for the non-verba autistic community, specifically in promoting tools that allow them to communicate with the world. Just because they don't speak doesn't mean there isn't an intelligent, loving person in there desiring to communicate!
