Training Modules For New Hire

When you are just starting your new business venture, it is easy to be intimidated by all the jargon and terms you hear your coworkers use. It is important that you be comfortable with how things here do things around here. So I have created these simple but effective training modules for you to use in any way or form.


DAY 3

MEETING YOUR MARKETING SPECIALIST
From this point on, it is expected that you have completed all the necessary account set-up. A Marketing Specialist may have contacted you recently, but it is best to schedule a meeting (Slack Huddle) with them to address any remaining concerns before you are introduced to your Team Leader for Training. 
 
Team Leaders will only answer questions related to the process and will not entertain questions regarding setting up.

 Note: You also have the option to reach out directly to #tech-mktg-support through Slack for any urgent concerns.
JOIN WEEKLY TRAINING
To access the New Hire Training, it is essential that you have completed the onboarding process and diligently viewed all the videos provided on this onboarding page. Then ask the Marketing Team regarding the password for the Training Course.

 Note: If you have not completed the onboarding process, we kindly inform you that we are unable to assist with any inquiries related to onboarding/setting up accounts.
 
This training is solely intended to educate you on the process and does not involve any setup procedures.
SET UP TRAINING WITH TEAM LEADERS

Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Deal Submission and Quality Control Training

New Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) and Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs) joining Tag Lending Group, LLC must submit a minimum of five (5) deals to their Team Leader for review. After clearing these submissions, they gain Quality Control Clearance and can independently submit loan files. Ongoing compliance with company policies and regulations is essential. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
