In certain states, Mortgage Loan Officers may be required to be classified as W-2 employees based on applicable laws and regulatory guidance.

These states may include: CA (DFPI), GA, IN (DFI), MA, MS, MT, NV, NJ, NC, SC, RI, and VT

1099 Compensation

Earn competitive commission splits, subject to applicable fees and company policies. Includes access to high-margin loan programs and Non-QM solutions.

W-2 Compensation

Earn competitive commission-based compensation with structured splits, subject to applicable fees, payroll taxes, and company guidelines. Includes access to high-margin loan programs and Non-QM solutions.

 Eligible Loan Officers may receive a company-issued marketing expense card with a monthly limit of up to $1,000, to be used solely for approved business and marketing activities in accordance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements. All expenses are subject to review, approval, and compliance oversight.
