Technology Fee Credit & Discretionary Waiver Policy

(Technology fee credits or waivers are limited to one waived month per calendar quarter, not to exceed four waived months per calendar year.Credits and waivers apply prospectively only. Unused credits do not roll over and will not be applied retroactively, regardless of production volume, system utilization, or loan activity.All technology fee credits and waivers are granted at the sole discretion of Tag Lending Group, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Participation in the Technology Access Plan and any associated credit or waiver does not alter loan-level compensation, borrower pricing, employment classification, independent contractor status, or any existing contractual agreement.)

Technology Access Plans are administrative infrastructure subscriptions and are not transaction-based compensation.

Technology Access Plans are optional and provide licensed professionals access to company-approved technology platforms, CRM systems, communication tools, compliance infrastructure, cybersecurity protections, lead management systems, and operational integrations.Technology access fees are administrative infrastructure charges and are not transaction-based fees and are not assessed on a per-loan basis.Participation in any Technology Access Plan and payment of associated subscription fees are not a condition of employment, engagement, licensure, compensation structure, loan assignment, lead distribution, referral activity, or borrower pricing.Plan selection is based on anticipated system usage and operational alignment only. All licensed professionals remain subject to applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including but not limited to the SAFE Act, RESPA, CFPB regulations, and applicable state lending laws.Each licensed mortgage loan originator must maintain an individually assigned system account and active enrollment in the applicable Technology Access Plan tier. Technology access may not be shared, pooled, transferred, or utilized across multiple individuals or team members. Teams, branches, or production groups may not operate under a single shared technology account.For organized production teams operating under a unified team structure, all licensed members of the team must enroll in the same Technology Access Plan tier. Teams may not combine or mix tier levels among members in order to obtain expanded system access, marketing resources, lead allocation priority, or operational support through a single upgraded enrollment. Each licensed team member remains individually responsible for maintaining compliant enrollment in the designated tier corresponding to the team’s participation level.All system credentials are user-specific and confidential. Credential sharing or unauthorized system access constitutes a violation of company cybersecurity policy and may result in suspension or revocation of access.Technology fee credits or waivers, if offered, are discretionary, non-transferable, and granted prospectively only. Credits do not roll over, will not be applied retroactively, and do not create entitlement, modify compensation agreements, alter employment or independent contractor status, or affect borrower-facing pricing.Additional terms and conditions apply pursuant to executed employment or independent contractor agreements with Tag Lending Group, LLC.
